Angela brings with her a wealth of expertise coming from a background as an IVF coordinator in clinical settings for over 8 years. Angela possesses an unwavering passion for assisting others, which extends beyond her professional life. In addition to her role in the clinic, she plays an integral part in managing a family insulation business. 

Hailing from the sunny state of Florida, Angela’s roots have instilled in her a deep appreciation for coastal living. When she’s not dedicating her time to work, she finds solace in indulging in two of her favorite pastimes: spending quality moments at the beach and relishing the enchantment of Disney World. Currently residing in the DFW area, Angela cherishes the joys and challenges of being a mother to her two daughters, ages 26 and 17, who keep her constantly on her toes. 

Erin derives immense satisfaction from effectively managing the intricacies of our business, allowing our coordinators, educators, and directors to dedicate their focus to what truly matters: YOU, our valued clients. With a Bachelor of Mathematics degree complemented by a minor in 8-12 Education from Texas Woman’s University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. For six years, Erin shared her passion for education as a high school Mathematics teacher, cherishing the interactions with her students. Now, she is thrilled to contribute her talents to an agency that plays a pivotal role in building families. Residing in the DFW area alongside her incredible husband and son, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, indulging in movie nights, exploring her artistic side through painting, and actively engaging in the children’s ministry at her local church.

Allyson’s personal struggle with infertility as she was starting her own family led to her passion for helping others create their happy families. She has done three surrogacy journeys (all boys!) and maintains close relationships with the families. As the Sr. Surrogacy Coordinator & Team Lead, Allyson guides and supports intended parents and surrogates through the process and is an advocate for both parties. Allyson has dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, she worked as a legal assistant and, most recently, as a credentialing manager for a group of anesthesiologists. Her experience in the legal and medical fields are an asset in her current role, as she helps intended parents and surrogates navigate the complexities of contracts and medical screenings. Allyson resides in the Dallas area with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys supporting her children in their various activities, running 5Ks with her family, and curling up with a cup of coffee and a good book. 

In her role as Sr. Surrogacy Education & Matching Coordinator, Meg works with both gestational carriers and intended parents to educate and guide them through the surrogacy process. She was inspired to help intended parents create their families as a surrogate after she and her husband experienced secondary infertility and had to undergo IVF to conceive their twin boys. She values the close connection and friendship she maintains with the families she carried for. 

She has a master’s degree in social work, and her professional background includes hospice care, early childhood education, and 4 years walking families through the egg donor process. Meg lives in Waco, Texas with her husband and their four children. When she isn’t spending her free time with her family, Meg enjoys running, reading, traveling, Baylor Football, and being involved at her church. 

Amy, with four years of experience in transitional care management, having worked across four hospitals in Central Florida. Her absolute favorite units were the postpartum and NICU. She even secured a special role as the go-to “NICU Cuddler.”

Beyond her professional life, Amy is a devoted wife, a mother of two, and a three-time surrogate! Her journey took a heartwarming turn when she brought her final “belly buddy” into the world. Although her body signaled that it was her last delivery, the intended parents, whom she considers family, honored her by making her the child’s Godmother.

Each day, Amy is thrilled to immerse herself in this world, playing a supportive role for intended parents and gestational carriers, guiding them through every step of their unique journey.

Blake entered the world of surrogacy and egg donation first as a spouse. Now, as the Controller at Egg Donor and Surrogate Solutions, he manages the HR and Financial side of the business including escrow and trust management, HR, invoicing, payroll and accounts payable. Blake finds it a privilege when he’s given the opportunity to talk with other spouses whose wives are considering helping create a happy family. He feels honored to be a small part of helping our intended parents’ dreams become a reality.

Blake is grateful to work with such an amazing team and considers his work a passion, not a job. Blake loves spending time with his wife and 3 kids and he loves to play golf from time to time.

After 5 years of infertility, 2 failed IVF and 6 failed IUI cycles, Courtney finally found herself pregnant with her first child, via her third IVF.  Courtney finds herself a pro at managing the ins and outs of 3 different schools, multiple sports, and church schedules. Prior to joining Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, Courtney had many years of experience in various roles in schools. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in family science from Cameron University, Courtney is extremely invested in our youth. Helping others create happy families is a passion Courtney is excited to pursue with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. Courtney lives in the DFW area with her family and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys taking random adventures with her family to create new fun memories. 

After nearly two decades of leadership in the local church and youth and family non-profit sector, Daniel was ready for a new challenge—one that would allow him to grow his creative and operational skills while continuing to make a meaningful difference. He found that opportunity at Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, where he supports brand awareness, user experience, and staff care to help further the mission of creating happy families.

What Daniel loves most about this industry is the ability to offer hope to individuals and families navigating challenging paths to parenthood. He also appreciates the generous, vibrant community that surrounds this work. A true artist at heart, Daniel has a background in musical theatre, dance, and photography, and he enjoys using his creative and technical talents to bring clarity and alignment to both clients and the company’s mission.

Outside of work, Daniel’s greatest joy comes from being a “girl dad” to his two daughters, Emmy and Elle, who are both dancers at the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing & Visual Arts in Dallas. He loves spending quality time with them, scouting out new boba tea spots, brunching with friends, and occasionally taking a dance class himself.

Hillary understands firsthand what it means to have someone help you create your family. After struggling with infertility for several years following an ovarian cancer diagnosis, she was matched with a wonderful egg donor through Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. She and her husband, Jared, welcomed their daughter in 2015. Hillary combines her professional background in communications with her passion for supporting intended parents, egg donors and surrogates along their journeys to connect with people and share their personal stories. She believes in the power of storytelling to help educate everyone involved in the process, to let intended parents know they are not alone, and to show egg donors and surrogates the incredible impact they make by helping to create a family. Hillary has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of North Texas. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband and daughter. Hillary enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, cooking and traveling.

Ilona Feeney brings a deep passion for creating meaningful connections and guiding others through the transformative journey of surrogacy. As a former surrogate who delivered a sweet baby boy in November 2023, Ilona understands firsthand the immense trust, compassion, and love that define this incredible process. She loves being part of an industry that turns dreams into reality, helping intended parents and surrogates come together to create complete and happy families.

Ilona’s role as a Surrogacy Coordinator is all about building strong, supportive relationships with intended parents and surrogates. She describes her work as a “helping hand,” walking alongside each client through one of the most life-changing experiences of their lives. Her advice to anyone starting this journey? “Jump in! It might feel intimidating, but it will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.”

Based in Oklahoma City, Ilona has been married to her husband for nine years, and together they have a five-year-old daughter and two beloved dogs—one energetic pup and one senior lap dog. Outside of work, she treasures family time, exploring new restaurants with her husband, attending festivals and holiday events with her daughter, and traveling to discover new adventures. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she’s always up for trying something new and exciting.

Lauren has found no greater joy than bringing people together and creating happy families. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia and has been a part of the team since 2010. She now serves on the Senior Leadership team and is the Surrogacy Matching Manager for our surrogacy program. Lauren loves meeting people, sharing her knowledge with others about all the facets of surrogacy, and facilitating the relationships built during the journey. She is incredibly grateful to be a part of such an amazing team and contribute in such a meaningful way. 

When not working, Lauren is likely at the hockey rink or lacrosse field watching her teenage sons do what they love. She believes in living her best life and is very active with her friends and hobbies. She loves listening to podcasts while taking long walks with her black lab, working out, doing yoga, meditation, reading, finding great new restaurants and traveling as much as she can! 

Janeth is often the first contact a potential egg donor has with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. We understand that the application process can be overwhelming and she is eager to answer each egg donor’s questions to ensure they are knowledgeable about the process and also completes a profile that accurately reflects each woman’s personality. Janeth earned a degree in Guidance and Counseling. Janeth is married with three girls, 2 fur babies and a growing collection of around 150 succulents and cacti. She enjoys DIY and crafting, gardening, interior designs, going to the beach, food tasting, social psychology, and is an advocate of doing random acts of kindness.

After being inspired by a friend’s positive experience as a surrogate, Pashey embarked on a journey to help other families experience the joy of having children. Despite initially deciding to wait due to uncertainties about expanding her own family, a heartbreaking event involving a close friend undergoing IVF prompted Pashey to believe it was finally the right time. Pashey delivered a baby girl in August of 2022 to her parents and still feels like her experience was so precious and amazing. Pashey has the joy of now being able to help to create families as a Surrogacy Coordinator for Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. She comes to us with an administrative background in the education system and will use her attention to detail to help give her Intended Parents and Surrogates a positive surrogacy experience. Pashey and her husband live in the Tulsa area with their two children. They love spending time at a sports complex watching their girls play the sports they love, camping at the lake during the summer, and family game nights. 

Rachel brings her passion for reproductive medicine and advocacy to her role as Egg Donor Educator & Surrogacy Coordinator at Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions. With personal experience as both a surrogate and an egg donor, as well as a professional background as a nurse, Rachel has a unique perspective that allows her to connect deeply with intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors. She spent three years as an IVF coordinator at a fertility clinic, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the process from every angle. Her life’s purpose as a fertility advocate drives her to support others on their journey toward creating a happy family, ensuring they feel heard and supported every step of the way.

What Rachel loves most about her work is witnessing the beautiful outcome of a family formed through hope and perseverance. Her advice to those starting their fertility journey reflects her compassion and expertise: she encourages intended parents to trust the process, reminds surrogates to embrace patience, and assures egg donors of the incredible impact they make. As an advocate and cheerleader, Rachel is committed to making the journey as supportive and personalized as possible.

Rachel and her family live in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. Married for 12 years to her high school sweetheart, she stays busy with her 12-year-old daughter’s school and soccer activities while also cherishing snuggles with her 4-month-old son. Together, they enjoy hockey games, beach days, spending time with friends, and trying new foods.

Rachel joins the Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions team as our Egg Donor Match Coordinator bringing 15 years of teaching experience to the table. What sets Rachel apart is her firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional toll that repeated IVF attempts can take. She and her husband faced a challenging seven-year journey to expand their family, grappling with the disappointments of unsuccessful attempts. However, their perseverance paid off, as they were fortunate enough to connect with an egg donor, resulting in the joyous arrival of two incredible children.

Outside of work, Rachel’s heart belongs to her family, and she relishes every moment spent with them. She also makes it a priority to maintain a strong connection with her husband by regularly enjoying date nights together. She calls the DFW area home, where she resides with her loving husband and two wonderful children. Rachel’s personal journey and unwavering dedication to her family and work make her invaluable to our team.

Shannon completed her first surrogacy journey with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions in June of 2022. She considers herself so blessed to have an extremely close relationship with the family she carried for. She describes their journey as “fusing two separate families into one”. Having always wanted to help families in some way, she is thrilled to be part of a team where we help create families every day. 

Shannon lives in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area with her husband of seven years, 6-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son and their 3 dogs. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and has spent the last several years serving Dauphin County as a caseworker for children and youth as well as an incident management coordinator for autism/developmental programs. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her family whether that be at her kid’s sports practices, traveling, dancing, bowling, or being outside. 

After experiencing an easy pregnancy with her eldest daughter, Whitney felt a calling to help others grow their families through surrogacy. She served as a gestational carrier for two sets of intended parents after completing her own family. As a Surrogacy Educator & Coordinator, Whitney is honored to guide and support intended parents and surrogates through their journey.  She focuses on ensuring everyone feels supported and cared for from match all the way until 6 months after delivery.  She will be your biggest cheerleader and resource through this process. Along with being a coordinator, Whitney is also the host of our podcast Me, You, Who?! She truly has a passion for the industry and loves hearing everyone’s stories in such a fun way.  

Whitney lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and their three children. Her husband is a high school teacher and coach so they spend a lot of time at the football field cheering him on. The whole family enjoys a fun movie night, and they are lucky enough to have a lot of family close by. Family parties and gatherings are frequent and fun!
